Free Shipping Promotions
Occasionally Mummyista offer free shipping as part of our promotions. To be notified by email of these or other promotions, please register for mailing list. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.

As all parcels need to be signed for we ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address. Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the item.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
We deliver 6 days a week and offer next day delivery providing the order is placed before 12pm the day before.
Saturday - Thursday :Order before 12pm UAE time (Thursday orders placed before 12pm UAE time delivered on Saturday)
Friday: Closed, all orders shipped on next business day.
Public Holidays: Closed, all orders shipped next business day
During sale and holiday periods, we ask that you please allow an extra business day for dispatch due to the high volumes of orders.
Courier Customer Service
Our couriers will endeavor to contact you via SMS and 3 phone calls. If the initial contact was unsuccessful there will be 2 consecutive days of follow up phone calls (2 per day) and SMS will be sent to the customer. If uncontactable/unavailable the courier will return your order to Mummyista within 5 days.
In case the customer or final recipient cancels the order (s) before the delivery has been scheduled, there will be no delivery charge applied to that order. If the customer cancels the order after it has been scheduled for delivery, delivery charge will still be applied for this order.
Our couriers will only collect a return order from the final recipient after they have acknowledged and signed the receipt of a shipment. Mummyista must have approved the transaction and have advised the courier to pick up the returns.

If scheduled collection of a return was unsuccessful due to unavailability of the person or package at the time of collection at a customers premises, a rescheduled delivery charge will apply (AED 25 up to 5 kilos, additional AED 3 for each additional kg).
Taxes & Duties
All prices on mummyista.com are in AED. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Delays may occur during holiday periods.
Loss, Damage and Delivery Disputes
If your parcel is not delivered within the recommended time frame, please contact us on email@example.com or call us on 00971 52 990 6464 and we will launch an inquiry on your behalf with the Courier.
If your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us as a priority at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a resolution.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Mummyista FZE and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Security & Dispatch Delays
We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If a transaction is flagged in our system, we reserve the right to conduct any and all security checks to ensure that the owner of the card or account authorizes the transaction. If the requested security check is not complied with, we reserve the right to dishonor, cancel, refund and report the transaction information with the relevant Fraud Prevention and Banking Authorities. The decision to do so is at our sole discretion. If your order has been flagged for a security check, dispatch will be delayed until the requested information can be provided by the card or account holder and the delivery time frame is subject to the dispatch date.
